Mr. Kantarevic brings more than 25 years of experience across residential real estate ownership, property management, construction and renovation oversight, and regulated recovery and supportive housing environments. He is also a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, which provides direct market insight into acquisition sourcing, valuation, transaction execution, and regulatory considerations in Greater Boston and surrounding markets.

The firm operates on a founder-led model supported by institutional-grade third-party infrastructure for investor onboarding, reporting, and compliance.
